My name is Izabela and I am a young health and wellness enthusiast. I originally started writing on Wisely Natural as a way to share weightlifting and wellness advice with other young women. I enjoyed spending time in the gym and learning ways to improve my health. As a result, I wanted to find and connect with like-minded people.
Soon, I realized just how life changing weightlifting has become for me. I developed a passion to share everything I did and learned with others. Changing my own life fueled a passion to teach others how to do the same. I want to not only share my experiences with you, but also teach you how you can do this on your own.
Growing up, I was always an active child. I played on multiple soccer teams as well as a couple other sports teams. I enjoyed all kinds of physical activities; walking, running, yoga, and other sports. Eventually, my dad introduced me to the weight room as a way to improve my fitness for soccer. It wasn’t until around January 2022 that I decided to pursue weightlifting more seriously. Since then, lifting has become a passion of mine and a huge part of my lifestyle. Along the way, I’ve realized just how important it is to not only be physically active but also prioritize other aspects of wellness. Especially as an active woman.
My goal is to teach you how to improve your own health and wellness, while also living a balanced, realistic life.
