How to fall in love with working out everyday, improve yourself with daily workouts

We all know that working out is a key factor contributing to our physical health and yet, some of us still don’t like it.

Personally, I was always an active person who loved working out. That doesn’t mean I haven’t faced my fair share of struggles when it comes to working out everyday though. I’ve had my ups and downs but over time I have learned to know that I’m someone who absolutely loves working out everyday.

Here are some of the things that I’ve picked out that I think have helped me the most on my journey to falling in love with daily work outs:

1.Find an exercise you enjoy

Some people enjoy cardio (running, walking, cycling), some people enjoy yoga, and some people (like me) prefer weightlifting. The best way to enjoy exercise is to find exercises that are enjoyable for you.

For example, some people may prefer going to the gym, so they’d more likely prefer workouts like weightlifting. Whereas others may prefer workouts they can do in nature, so these people would likely prefer things like walking or running.

Remember, it doesn’t matter what you’re doing as long as you get your body moving.

Of course, some people may have certain goals for their lives and their bodies. In this case, the exercises you do will matter.

If you find yourself in a position where you desire certain goals for your body, you’ll have to dive deeper into what would be best for you.

But, if you’re someone who is new to working out and just wants to get themselves out there, then any type of movement will work for you.

2.Make a commitment to yourself

Part of the process of working out is making a commitment to yourself. You’re committing to being healthier, improving yourself, and becoming a better version of you.

By committing to working out, there will be no questions about it. It’ll become part of a routine for you. It is already engrained in your day; no excuses can stop that.

Whenever you don’t feel like working out, remember you made a commitment to yourself. Don’t give up on that.

Giving up on your commitment is giving up on yourself. What would that say about you? Show yourself that you deserve to commit to bettering yourself everyday.

3. Don’t let excuses get the best of you

There will always be days when you’re excited to workout. These are the days when working out is easy. But, then come the days when you do not feel like working out at all. This is where the journey really begins.

Now is the time when the excuses come flooding in; you’re too tired, you don’t have enough time, it’s a far drive to the gym, it’s hot out, etc., etc.

The main objective when this happens: don’t listen to the excuses! Remember you made a commitment to yourself, so commit to it and go get your work done.

4.Focus on how you’ll feel afterwards

This is one of the best ways for me to motivate myself to get to the gym. Nothing can top the feelings of greatness and achievement you feel after a work out.

Working out releases endorphins in your body that are at the greatest concentration after you finish your workout. So, it’s at this point, your body is filled with happy hormones and you’ll incredible about yourself.

I usually feel like I’m on top of the world. It’s such a great feeling that it helps bring me back to working out everyday.

When they time comes that you don’t want to workout, instead of focusing on how badly you don’t want to do your workout, focus on how you felt after the last time you worked out.

Trust me, by doing this, your workout will fly by and before you know it you’ll be filled with endorphins having never felt better.
